9. ORDER CANCELLATION

However, once an order has been packed, dispatched or handed to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

LEIDAI may fulfil orders from:

Selected locally stocked products may normally arrive within approximately 3–5 business days, although this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time unless specifically stated.

11. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

LEIDAI is not responsible for delays caused by materially incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply before it is resent, subject to applicable law.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

20. WHOLESALE CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom, personalised, private-label or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for standard change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

However, defective or incorrectly manufactured products will be handled according to applicable law and the terms agreed for the wholesale order.

Wholesale customers should review and approve specifications carefully before production begins.

21. WHOLESALE PAYMENT

Wholesale payment terms may be different from normal website retail orders.
